As Site Manager, you'll be mainly responsible for leading and coordinating the site entrusted to you. Your job will be to make sure work on site proceeds according to the project documentation, within the agreed scope and quality. Your work will mainly include: organising and coordinating construction work, overseeing the progress of the site, coordinating workers and the various trades, checking the work carried out, working with project and technical documentation, resolving everyday operational situations directly on site, communicating with suppliers and other project participants, ongoing checks on deadlines and the sequence of individual works, resolving any issues so the project can keep moving forward. We don't expect you to stand around all day with a tape measure in hand. We need an experienced person who can see the site as a whole, organise their work, and make decisions when there's a problem.
We're looking for an experienced professional with real practical experience in construction. We require: experience in civil or transport engineering, experience as a site manager or a similar leading position, the ability to navigate project documentation, technical thinking, independence and responsibility, the ability to organise people's work, good communication skills, willingness to take responsibility for the project entrusted to you.
