As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the construction projects entrusted to you. You'll be the person who keeps an overview of the project and can coordinate its individual parts so they connect properly and the project moves in the right direction. Your role will mainly involve: coordinating the progress of assigned projects, overseeing construction execution, coordinating the various parties involved in the project, communicating with suppliers and other partners, working with project and drawing documentation, checking that individual activities follow on from each other correctly, overseeing deadlines and the progress of execution, resolving operational and technical situations, communicating with company management, ongoing evaluation of the project's status and resolving any issues. We're not expecting someone who'll sit at a computer all day just forwarding information. We need someone who understands what's really happening on site, can put information into context, and is able to make decisions.
We're looking for an experienced construction professional with real practical experience and a track record of leading projects. We require: practical experience in construction, experience leading construction projects, the ability to navigate project and drawing documentation, technical thinking, independence and decision-making ability, organisational skills, a responsible approach, the ability to communicate with people across the project.
